許勤，漢族，1961年10月生，江蘇連云港人，1982年1月加入中國共產(chǎn)黨，1982年8月參加工作，學(xué)歷在職研究生(香港理工大學(xué)工商管理專業(yè))，博士、工程師。

現(xiàn)任廣東省深圳市委副書記，市政府市長、黨組書記；

1978年10月-1982年7月，北京理工大學(xué)光電工程系學(xué)生；

1982年8月-1984年9月，兵器工業(yè)部第五五九廠科研所工作；

1984年9月-1987年7月，北京理工大學(xué)研究生院光電工程系光電專業(yè)研究生；

1987年7月-1988年6月，國家計(jì)委機(jī)關(guān)黨委干部；

1988年6月-1992年7月，國家計(jì)委工業(yè)二司、機(jī)電司電子處干部；

1992年7月-1997年8月，國家計(jì)委機(jī)電司電子處副處長(其間：1994年10月-1995年10月，赴加拿大、美國高級(jí)管理培訓(xùn))；

1997年8月-1998年8月，國家計(jì)委機(jī)電司電子處處長；

Xu Qin, Han Nationality, born in Oct. 1961 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, started to worked in August 1982 with EMBA in Guanghua School of Management of Peking University; Ph.D. of Business Management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Engineer; Receiving senior management courses in Canada and the U.Sc from October 1994 to October 1995. He is now Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Committee of Shenzhen Municipal Government, Mayor of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government and Deputy of the 11th National People’s Congress (NPC).
